Didier Di Mario

Didier began his career in hospitality in France, earning a diploma in Hospitality Management with distinction in 1999 before working at a luxury hotel in Paris, looking after guests from all over the world.

He moved to England and worked at Rhinefield House in the New Forest, then at FJB Hotels Group in Sandbanks, Dorset, rising from hotel management to Group Manager. There he learned wedding planning from an award-winning wedding planner, from the first meeting with a couple to the big day itself.

In 2009 he met Michael Keene, the founder of Premier Carriage, and trained under him as a wedding chauffeur. He became a director in 2013, took over as Managing Director in 2016 and launched Event Car Hire in 2026.

"A chauffeur is much more than a driver. To your passengers you're a friend and a confidant, and you always have a plan for the unexpected."

Outside work, Didier is a Judo black belt who teaches children and adults, and has done a skydive to raise money for the mental health charity Mind.

Bruce Di Mario

• Trained mechanic
• 15+ years as a chauffeur
• Director since 2013
• Classic car specialist

Bruce trained as a mechanic and worked in a body workshop, and he's the one who keeps the classics looking and running their best. He looks after engine work, bodywork and paint, and knows classic cars inside out, with a particular love for cars from the 1970s and 80s.

He chauffeured for Michael for 15 years, and still takes the wheel from time to time. Behind the scenes he has always been hands-on: preparing and cleaning the cars, fitting the ribbons, light maintenance and helping in the office.

Bruce became a director of Premier Carriage Wedding Cars Ltd in September 2013.
