About this Vehicle

This 356 Speedster is a Chesil continuation car, built to the original's design. It uses the same air-cooled flat-four engine layout, running gear and dimensions as the original, so the driving experience feels authentic.

It's finished in black with cream leather seats and now sits on chrome wheels. The 1.6-litre engine drives through a four-speed manual gearbox, and the car is right-hand drive.

The low, open Speedster shape is simple and pure. It's a two-seater with no rear seats, so the car is for adults only.

The car is based near Weybridge in Surrey.

Quotes are based on several things: how long you need the vehicle, the distance travelled, the number of journeys and the time of year. Each quote comes directly from the supplier, so you receive their best price straight away.

Yes. The Porsche 356 Speedster (Chesil Continuation) comes with a professional chauffeur, who drives you for the whole of your hire. Passenger numbers don't include the chauffeur: this vehicle seats 3 in total, that's 2 passengers plus your chauffeur.

It depends on your plans. Allow time for every pick-up, the journeys between them, any photos and the trip home. For proms and nights out, 3 to 4 hours is common; for corporate events and airport transfers, book the time each journey needs. You can mention your plans when you request a quote and the supplier will advise. If your plans change nearer the date, just let the supplier know: they'll be happy to help adjust your timings and add extra time where they can.

Ask the supplier when you request your quote and they'll let you know what is allowed. Smoking and vaping aren't allowed. A cleaning charge may apply if the vehicle is left needing extra cleaning.
